Please download from the official FireAlpaca websites, because a friend of mine simply googled FireAlpaca and downloaded from some random site, and she got malware! So PLEASE be careful.
FireAlpaca has a suggestion/bug reporting box on their site so you can request features, or let them know if you’re having any issues! Also FireAlpaca works fantastically on Mac computers! (though I will say the only time FA has crashed on me is when I used a Mac, so PLEASE save your work often)

life’s just super weird right now. “everything is temporary” i tell myself all the time just to keep going. my parents keep fighting regularly and my mum even told me if it wasn’t for me and my sis, she’d have left already. so i avoid staying home and kinda nose dived into this job i don’t really enjoy bc i need to stay away and i need money so it’s one less problem on my mum’s back (we’re really low on cash).
so working in a customer support contact center for one of our biggest electric companies is shit bc we all need power at home. you get cut if you don’t pay your bills, no surprise there, but you gotta listen to all the annoyed and mad customers yell at you bc they already payed and haven’t been reconnected yet. or bc they didn’t get their bills (mail service fucks up constantly) and so since they didn’t “know” (ofc you didn’t know right, if bills don’t get to your house it means you have nothing to pay? it means power is free now? are you retarded? -there are people who call, concerned bc they didn’t get their bills and want to pay them tho-). also to add up to that, we have to sell services to the customers. i’m hella pissed about that, if i wanted sales i’d have sent my CV for sales jobs. now we gotta start talking about our services in all calls, bc the main company wants to make more money. if we don’t, we get negative marks on our general evaluation and risk getting fired. i’m being pressured by my supervisor, his supervisor, the guy who runs the operation and the main company. everybody’s got something to lose if we, the people who take calls, don’t sell. sure they give us money for each sale, they give us points which we can exchange for goods but is it really worth all the trouble in getting customers mad bc we’re trying to sell them things? you do realize that can potentially make them change their service provider???? i still haven’t tried talking about these on calls bc it’s only the second week i’m working and we’re still in an intership program so we’re not really forced to. just the thought of doing it during a call makes me start trembling and my speech gets weird, just like the first time i took a call. i know i’ll need to eventually start doing it in most calls but damn, we need to know a gazillion procedures and info, i’m still not entirely used to the software nor the rules of stuff, how am i gonna do it? the people helping us during calls use old procedures we didn’t learn and don’t really teach us how to check the info they’re checking so we’re always calling someone for help. i know it’s just the second week but damn, the pressure is through the roof. not all staff is cool, i don’t like my shift’s supervisors, they’re all rude. sigh, i’m not sure if i regret this honestly. but again, this anxiety is temporary, i’ll get used to this. oh but god forbid expressing my anxiety at home bc my dad jokes about it. sorry if it’s my first job. sorry if my chest hurts when i breathe and my neck muscles get stiff and if the walls feel like they’re closing on me. sorry if i can’t see a doctor about this bc i don’t have enough money and psychology appointments cost at least 50€ (and i get about 285€ a month).
